We offer Standard Delivery to most of mainland UK within 7 - 10 working days.

Unfortunately we do not ship to the following locations at this time:

Inner and Outer Hebrides, Orkney, Northern Scotland, Shetland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, ROI and Northern Ireland.

If you require delivery to Northern Scotland, please contact us for a quote as it is not included in our delivery service.

Typically within 2 - 5 working days of placing your order you will receive a dispatch email from us detailing how you will be contacted about delivery of your order.

We use a range of couriers to deliver our products and as such, when your order has been received and processed, we will contact you by email to let you know which courier we have chosen for your delivery.

Unless stated otherwise, please be aware all orders are exclusive of a delivery charge.

Following receipt of a web order, until a delivery quotation has been produced by GENSETS UK and payment has been received, the order will not be dispatched.

Within 24 hours of receipt of delivery payment, a member of our team will be in contact to finalise a delivery date.

GENSETS UK completes pre delivery inspections on all stock held to ensure machines are available to be dispatched quickly to our customers.

Due to the bespoke nature of some of our products, certain equipment will be subject to manufacturer lead times.

All Equipment listed is EXCLUSIVE  of VAT, Unless Indicated otherwise.

20% VAT will be added at the end of your transaction along with any Delivery and Installation charges if applicable.
